The Collaboration Jigsaw: Piecing Together Your Perfect Project

This interactive workshop is for practitioners seeking fulfilling collaborations and partnership projects. Working in pairs, you will design a real or imagined community project by bringing together your individual practices and passions. Guided conversation prompts will help you piece together the jigsaw: defining your core activity, identifying ideal partners, and mapping logistics like location, materials, and costs. You will also explore diverse funding streams, from grants and ticket sales to services, to ensure sustainability. By the end, you will leave with a draft plan and a compelling headline ready for your very own press release.
