Storylines: Remembering Roads to Healing – Zine Launch

This Winter we commissioned Gemma Garwood for a new creative health project to engage residents in Tendring. Gemma’s project, Storylines: Remembering Roads to Healing, uses folk lore, practice, art and knowledge as a tool to build connections, honour traditions and imagine healing futures for Tendring folk from working class and Romani/Pavee backgrounds.

You are invited to this final sharing event to launch a new zine reflecting on her time co-creating with project participants, which maps sites of shared significance in the local area, offers an account of local shared memory and knowledge, and invites all to try out the uncovered healing and nourishing practices contained within its pages.
